An Effective Medical Mission in Imus, Cavite




On february 16, 2024, a successful medical mission took place in Barangay Toclong I-C, Imus, Cavite, showing how teamwork can make a big difference in healthcare. This mission is led by the Office of the Provincial Governor extension in collaboration with the Provincial Health Officer and the city government of Imus, aimed to bring important medical services to those who needed them. 


Local leaders like Punong Barangay Joey R. Santos and SK Chairperson King Marius L. Rebong played active roles, working together with barangay health workers to ensure the mission’s success.


Doctors Paul Armin De Luna and Remigio Camerino, along with staff from GEAMH, provided medical consultations, including check-ups and specialized tests, to address various health issues.


Patients also received essential medical supplies, making a positive impact on the community. A total of 182 patients were helped, with thirteen undergoing X-rays and eighteen receiving ECG tests, showing the thorough care provided during the mission.
