First District of Cavite Breaks Ground on E-Library Project

A groundbreaking ceremony for Cavite’s First District e-Library took place at Cavite State University - CCAT (CvSU-CCAT) Campus on Monday, March 4, 2024, spearheaded by First District Congressman Jolo Revilla. 

The event saw participation from CvSU-CCAT's administrators, students, and various government officials. Congressman Revilla expressed gratitude to those involved in the project, including CvSU President Hernando Robles, CvSU-CCAT Administrator Mr. Lauro Pascua, and Vice President for Administrative and Support Services Prof. John Xavier Nepomuceno. They collectively pledged to enhance the quality of education in the First District, one project at a time.

Revilla concluded the ceremony saying, “Umaasa po ako na magiging kapaki-pakinabang ang E-Library na ito sa patuloy na paglinang ng inyong kaalaman at kahusayan bilang mga estudyante at indibidwal. Asahan ninyo po na patuloy tayong magsasagawa ng mga programang magsusulong ng dekalidad na edukasyon para sa ating mga kabataan.”
