Magallanes Celebrated 108th Founding Anniversary, Focused on Agri-Eco Tourism Advancement

On the morning of March 15, 2024, citizens of Magallanes gathered at the Basketball Court in front of Municipal City Hall to commemorate the 108th Founding Anniversary of Magallanes entitled, “Nagkakaisang Magalleño, Tulung-Tulong para sa lalong Pag-asenso ng Agri-Eko Turismo.”

Government officials, including Honorable Senator Mark A. Villar was in attendance in the program. Delivering her Ulat Sa Bayan, the Municipal Mayor of Magallanes, Cavite, Honorable Jasmin Angelli Maligaya-Bautista, addressed the masses and spoke directly to the constituents, commending their efforts in being present today.

In addition- Municipal Vice Mayor, Honorable Jesus B. Antazo welcomed the citizens to the program saying, “Saating pagtulong tulong ay patuloy ang pag unlad ng ating munisipyo.”

The ceremony proved to connect the citizens of Magallañes and the government officials in celebrating the essence of being a citizen in this municipality. The events that followed after the opening ceremony helped to reinforce the beauty of Magallañes, through its diverse cooking and joyous human spirit.

Honorable Aina Mari M. Sisante, a member of the sangguniang barangay, simplifies it in their inspirational message, “Patuloy natin alalahanin ang ating pinang galingan at ang ating paroroonan.”
