Riverpark: New Estate Increases Cavite’s Economic Growth

Located in General Trias, Cavite, Federal Land Communities Inc. opens Riverpark — a new economic development in the real estate industry. Dubbed the “Next-Gen City of the South,” it was inaugurated last January 24, 2024.

Hon. Mayor Luis ‘Jon-Jon’ Ferrer IV stated, “It is an honor for the city of General Trias to be the location of Federal Land’s largest community. This marks the start of a new chapter in our city’s story of progress. A chapter that speaks of growth, innovation, and prosperity.”

Federal Land's Riverpark serves as the entrance to a world of natural beauty and vibrant living. It spans around 600 hectares, with 70 hectares specifically designated for parks and greenways, connecting the northern and southern ends. Riverpark fosters a sense of community and tranquility, creating an environment for all to enjoy.

In 5-10 years, the CALAX Cavite Segment will be completed and will be highly accessible for Riverpark residents. SM City General Trias is also under construction, which will bolster the economy with its positive reinforcements in retail and convenience stores. The plan does not stop there but continues to include the building of schools and churches in and around the area.
